PET PHOTO CONTEST!

The Humane Society’s Pet Photo Contest is a search for a photo and statement demonstrating the love between animals and their people. Whether adopted from a shelter or not, tell us why your companion animal is the love of your life.
WINNER WILL BE ON THE COVER OF NORTH BAY PETS!
The winner’s photo will appear on the cover of an upcoming issue of North Bay Pets magazine and a poster size print of the photo will be displayed at the Humane Society. The winner will also receive a $100 Gift Certificate for any of our pet care services. Two runners-up will each receive a $50 Gift Certificate for our pet care services.
All entered photos will be on display at the Humane Society during the month of April. Come visit us on Hwy 12 to see your photo in our Adoption gallery.
ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
Photos must include both pet(s) and family member(s). Please include all names of individuals and pets in photo (see entry rules below) and one sentence about the love you share with your companion animal. ENTRY RULES & ACCEPTANCE:
Photos cannot be returned and become the property of the Humane Society & SPCA of Sonoma County. By submitting a photo entry, you warrant and represent that your entry is your own original work created by you and that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your entry materials. Photos that contain any readily identifiable persons, other than the entrant, will not be accepted. The Humane Society & SPCA of Sonoma County reserves the right to disqualify any photo it determines to be unsuitable for display at the Humane Society. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you. You agree to indemnify the Humane Society & SPCA of Sonoma County, its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, sponsors and assigns, and hold them all harmless, from and against any claims of any nature arising in connection with the “Pet Photo Contest.” Entrants grant the Humane Society & SPCA of Sonoma County all rights of ownership, reproduction, and use of entries and photographs for any purpose. Winner(s) will be notified by phone. Employees and Directors of the Humane Society & SPCA of Sonoma County, and their families, are not eligible to participate in this contest. Entry deadline is March 10, 2008.
