Animal Surrenders
Our surrender process for owned animals is by appointment only. Each animal surrendered is assessed by a hospital technician (dogs are also evaluated by a trainer) before acceptance for health and temperament. We ask for a $40 surrender fee and as much information on the animal for future placement. We can notify owners, upon request, to pick up their surrendered animals that don’t meet our adoption criteria. To make an appointment to surrender your pet, call (707) 542-0882.
