Become
a member of the Humane Legacy Circle and join other animal lovers who have included the
Humane Society in their will or trust. Humane Legacy Circle members share in the special
fellowship of those who have made a perpetual commitment to animal welfare today and
in the future. We honor our Humane Legacy Circle Members each year for their future legacy
gift at a reception held at the Center for Animals.

If you designate the Humane Society & SPCA of Sonoma County as a beneficiary in your will, please consider using the following language to facilitate your gift giving. The language in brackets shows different alternatives depending on the nature of your gift.
Sample will language:
I give [$________ ] [the residue of my estate] [ ____________% of the residue of my estate ] [ description of a particular asset (real estate, described securities etc.) ] to be used where the need is greatest at the Humane Society & SPCA of Sonoma County, Santa Rosa, California.
