The Spay & Neuter Project is a collaboration of the Humane Society & SPCA of Sonoma County, Sonoma County Animal Care & Control and the City of Santa Rosa, working together to provide cat spays & neuters to the public.

There is a limit of two cats per household. We will attempt to accommodate as many cats as we can in one day, however space is limited!
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CAT OWNERS:
You must have an appointment. Surgeries will be held at the Humane Society located at 5345 Hwy 12 West in Santa Rosa. Click here for directions. Please use the Spay/Neuter Clinic entrance. Maximum of two cats per household. Cats must be at least 2 lbs. to be spayed or neutered. Do not give your cat any food or water after 11 PM the night before surgery. Cats must arrive in individual hard sided, plastic carriers (no cardboard or fabric carriers please). Your cat will be evaluated by a vet or technician upon drop off, and you will be required to wait until they are cleared for surgery, please allow yourself enough time.
